在中国商业法研究会、北京市经济法学会的大力支持下，北京易可诺美咨询服务中心于2013年3月28日在北京正式成立。中国商业法研究会秘书长李业顺博士担任该中心主任，中心专家委员会由北京大学、清华大学、中国人民大学、北京师范大学、中国政法大学等知名高校的经济、管理、法律、社会学等方面的权威专家组成。中心立足但又不局限于经济，在法律许可的范围内，讲诚信、守诺言，从经济、管理、法律、政策、社会、媒体、舆情等不同角度出发，帮助客户把难念的经念好，帮助客户做出“有尊严”的选择。

    Beijing YIKENUOMEI Consultation Service Center directed by Dr. Li Yeshun,who is the secretary-general of China Association of Business Law was established in March 28th, 2013 with the solid support of China Association of Business Law and Beijing Economic Law Society. It is constituted of leading experts from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, China University of Political Science and Law and other renowned colleges and universities in disciplines of economy, Manage, law, sociology, etc. The center bases itself upon economy but is not confined to this area only. Within the permitted scope of law, we adhere to the principle of good faith and amply fulfill our promises and we spare no effort to solve problems for clients and help them make dignified choices from different perspectives including economic, management, law, policy, society, media, public sentiment etc.
